Why is Sales Tax Charged only on Some Orders ?
Many states recently enacted laws that require online retailers to charge and collect sales tax on eligible purchases. Purchases that require us to charge sales tax differ between states. Tax applied is based on the type of item and how it is categorized. Depending on your state, some types of items are taxed and others are not.
Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns or give refunds if the item has been misrepresented in the photo or description in some way or lost/damaged in postal shipping.. Almost all of the items that we sell are previously owned / used antiques and vintage items and their condition will not be "new" or "perfect". All jewelry, precious metals, and coins have been tested to guarantee their authenticity of designer, size, carat, weight, gemstone or precious metal content. In the case of coins, grading is extremely subjective. We will give the best description as possible and try to show flaws or damage (if any) in our photos of coins (or any other items).. Some coins will be in holders with grades by grading services and others will be in coin flips sometimes with our estimated grades written on them. Please read all descriptions and examine all photos to come to your own conclusion on the grade and condition of any items on the site before making your purchase.
